At ISI we are committed to creating a workplace fit for the future, with both a remote and in person culture. We know our people value flexibility but also time physically together. Our future of work policy has been designed with this in mind. Our colleagues now have flexibility to work from anywhere two days every week. Additionally, people are able to work from another location of their choosing for up to 4 weeks every year, whether that be from home or abroad, which has helped to support our working parents and our international colleagues based in different locations. We trust our people to make the right choices for them, their teams and their work.
